Let’s cut through the jargon…
We don’t have fixed packages. We work with you to identify which alcoholic drinks you would like to make your event special and then build a package for your needs.
We can either use a “pay as we go” method where bill your guests as they purchase a drink from us using our contactless payment system or, we can offer a “free bar” service where an allocated amount of money is credited to the bar system in advance so there is no payment required from your guests. For larger events, we also offer a token bases system.
Some people may want additional props, sets and styled scenery. Common requests are hay bales, deckchairs, firepits and parasols which we can provide for an additional fee. If you are having your event styled by an external provider, you are welcome to decorate our box to match providing it doesn’t interfere with any operational features.
We do require a minimum of a 13amp/240v power connection to operate our units. Our bars have been fully tested and are isolated from the main circuit. For “off grid” celebrations we can provide external power in the form of a diesel generator – although these are noisy and we prefer a main connection.
We may request to see the location of the event when we cannot get conclusive pictures from Google Streetview of the access. This is just to ensure we don’t cause damage to the property. In bad weather, we may require a hard standing.
All of our staff and units are fully insured, tracked and licenced for food and drink sales including alcohol. We have to adhere to government food safety guidance and hygiene standards when handling and selling consumable goods and we hold all the relevant certifications available upon request.
We don’t want you or us left with wasted alcohol at an event. We will work with you to estimate the amount of alcohol required to meet your needs and then order accordingly.
In the case of draught alcohol, we have to take the kegs back with us at the end of an event. Where there are open kegs, we will dispense what is left into disposable glasses or containers. In some circumstances, if there is a full keg left, depending on the agreement we have, we may buy that keg back from you.
As a seller and distributors of alcoholic drinks, we have to adhere to the government guidelines and laws surrounding the sale of alcohol. Where the selling of alcohol is taking place all members of staff are trained to Challenge25 and we reserve the right to refuse a sale without prejudice.
We will not tolerate abuse to our staff during an event under any circumstances. For all it has never happened, we will not hesitate to stop the sale of alcohol and remove the unit from any event if our staff are subject to verbal or physical abuse.

For events with 80 people or less, our base hire charge is £250 for an 8 hour service which includes two members of staff. Additionally to this, there is a transportation cost which is calculated when we know the location of your event and different options relating to drinks packages to suit your requirements.

For events with between 81 – 250 people, our base hire charge is £250 for an 8 hour service which includes three members of staff. Additionally to this, there is a transportation cost which is calculated when we know the location of your event and different options relating to drinks packages to suit your requirements.

For events over 250 people, there is no hire charge and we staff the box based on your requirements. There may be a transportation cost dependant on the location of your event and there are different options relating to drinks packages to suit your requirements.

Card & Token Based Systems
We can operate both a card and token-based system for commercial events as well as a “free bar” option.
On Demand Stock
We already have the relevant suppliers which are nationwide. All of our stock arrives on site in a reactive nature.
Trained Staff
Depending on the size of the event, we staff accordingly. We also have table service options available.
Liscenced
For each commercial event, we have a nominated ALPH licensee on-site at all times.
Choice of Tipple
Some events may require a personal touch. For all our preference is premium drinks, yours might not be.
